RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since all of our products are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, for unwanted prints, or for orders with incorrect addresses. If you realize there’s an error with your order (such as size or address etc.), please contact us immediately so we can correct it before processing.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, you're eligible for a FREE replacement or a refund. Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately (or within 14 days) at hello@posticstudio.com with clear photos of the damage or defect. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, depending on your preference.

CANCELLATIONS

As all our prints are made to order, once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our printing team for processing. Therefore, cancellations are not usually possible once an order is submitted. However, if you notice an error in your order (such as size or address), please contact us immediately so we can update the details before it’s processed. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to make changes or cancel your order, as we are shipping the products to our customers' as soon as possible.

We recommend carefully double-check your order details - design, size, and shipping information - before completing your purchase to ensure everything is accurate.
